The short story
Craft is a writing and notes app known for being genuinely lovely to use. Use it for a daily journal, household documents, client proposals or a personal wiki — and share any page as a polished web link.
Why we picked it
- Feels calm and polished, unlike more cluttered all-in-one tools.
- The daily notes feature makes journaling and planning an easy habit.
- Strong apps on Mac, iPhone and iPad.
Good to know
- Less flexible than Notion for complex databases.
- Paid plan needed for larger workspaces.
